leftyjewWhy do people fill out surveys? Is it to find more about yourself or to let others know things about you that would not otherwise have come up n conversation? Or is there something else? And why are they so popular in the Internet Age?
I've filled out surveys out of boredom before, and because everyone else was doing it. Also the other reasons I think. What other reasons are there?

Sadly, I enjoy doing them sporadically. Sadly, most people don't send them back. I figure that people who matter and whom I love already know all that stuff about salad dressing, #s of boyfriends, etc etc etc. If you have one, send it over!
