Due to ZipCar's exorbitant $50 annual membership fee, and the approximately equivalent convenience of the locations of cars, I decided on FlexCar who has a $35 annual fee, gives 25 more miles per day (150, which is enough to get me to Jersey and back for a three-day weekend or to Philly for 2 days), and rents cars at lover rates. Also, there is no application fee, and they teamed up with WABA for $75 free driving. We'll see how my life changes (my guess - not much).
