So I don't want people to be all surprised at the last post. It's something that just sorta happens every year or two. Last year in general was a really good year. I went through some downers and some uppers, but I think in general I came out ahead and in good spirits. This year just started off a bit off. I think I'll bounce back relatively soon. Honestly, I think I've seen this coming for about a month or so. Definitely have not been myself since before Chanukkah. I've been more... empty. Less excited about things. Anyway, perhaps vitamin B is a good thing and perhaps more water, less caffeine, less going out all the time, more developing myself and more exercise. That's my prescription. Introspection and healthy living. Oh, and less computer use.
