Like a depressed mood or actual depression? If the latter, you've got a long road ahead of you. I'd suggest keeping track of your mood for the next 2 weeks for starters, and see if you meet the criteria for depression.
All good advice. I think I also need to cut back on some socializing and get quality sleeping. As for this weekend... I think that would be good. Oh, and Gmail decided that I should get an ad about bipolar disorder. Ha!
