didn't make it to shul this morning.
I don't know how to mourn well. (I thank G-d I haven't had a chance to work on that much.)
I'm have a happy disposition and I get too much out of life to truly be misearable. Wow! That sounds cheesy, but it's true. I also laugh at too many things. Intentionally not smiling has put me more in a mourning mood. Anyway, no IM today, and not checking others' ljs.

I've found mourning becomes more real as I've gotten older (I know,like I'm really old). Part of that is that I've had a few "chances to work on it". I also tend to easily empathize with what other people are feeling, which is not always a good thing.
