leftyjewBe careful what you wish for, they say. well, at least it's not a bad thing. just new and different. complications make life enjoyable. some in particular more than others :)
so now i'm back home after a semester. it's home. i know that it will always be a part of me, even as i prepare to leave it all behind. mom will always embarass me and dad will always be a dork. my siblings and i get closer and closer. i try to remember that they'll always be with me, and compare my mom's family to my dad's and i hope we'll wind up closer - more like mom's (notable exception or two). also, theyre actually neat people once a) i became a full person and b) they became full people. (both of those are relative terms and i hope to enfullen throughout my life).
learned today that pope victor iii was jewish and returned to the jewish community after a short term as pope. pretty interesting story that i don't feel like typing out, but will instead keep it with me. a lot of things are better not blurted out. i'm learning this. anyway, i'm tired so i'm going to sleep. adn its only 2:15! it must be break :)
