From Southpark, the underpants gnomes' business strategy is:

Step 1. Steal underpants.
Step 2.
Step 3. Profit.

From the outside, it looks like Google basically makes products, gives them out for free, and profits. There's no real Step 2 unless you really know what to look for. It's interesting.
