Toby would be proud of me
Oct. 15th, 2007 11:45 amI made a delicious and beautiful dinner for myself last night. And there were even side dishes! If I had a digicam, I'd have taken photos.
Menu:
- Shredded purple cabbage and carrot stir fry with onion
- Stir fried tatsoi (deep green and spicy bok choy)
- Tofu fried with green bell peppers with an orange-ginger glaze over rice (ok, the glaze was from a bottle)
Colors:
- purple and orange
- rich green
- brown, white and faded green
Tastes:
- salty, savory
- bitter
- sweet and spicy
I only regret not making a green tea to go along with it.
